Join Seaford Yoga & Well-being Communities Workshop to explore the 8-Limbs of Yoga enabling you to transition out of winter by blossoming into spring, with your very own motivational well-being ‘toolbox’. Through a variety of 'Yoga & Well-being' activities, suitable for all fitness levels — from beginners to seasoned practitioners — you’ll be guided on a journey of relaxation and self-discovery.
With a deep passion for science and a strong background in anatomy and physiology, Christine (Chris) brings a unique, evidence-based approach to yoga. Her career as a specialist nurse, focusing on neuro-rehabilitation, alongside expertise in gerontology and advanced motivational interviewing, gives her teaching a distinctive depth.
Christine’s yoga journey began over a decade ago as a practitioner. She has since evolved into a yoga teacher trainer, Chakra and Aura healer, and now a Reiki Healer and Reiki Master Teacher. Committed to continuous learning and growth, she applies her ever-expanding knowledge of yoga and well-being to her own life and passionately shares these insights with others.
